Long Island Elite (LIE), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering the growth and development of local Long Island business professionals and emerging regional leaders, is proud to recognize Theodore “Theo” Massillon as its 2024 Rookie of the Year. The Rookie of the Year recognition highlights a new member who has gone above and beyond, embracing the group’s mission and philanthropic spirit.
Massillon was awarded this honor for his contributions to the organization’s annual fundraising gala, communications committee and other initiatives, including support of the Charity Partner of the Year, Eden II Programs.

His latest venture, NOM Studios in Garden City, provides a state-of-the-art audiovisual facility for podcasters, content creators, and businesses looking to elevate their digital presence.
“It is incredible to see a passionate new member step-up and take a major contributing role to the Long Island Elite and its Charity Partner,” said Long Island Elite President Benjamin Cooper. “Theo has already shown his commitment to the Long Island business and not-for-profit community, and I look forward to watching him continue to grow and make an impact.
