Long Island Elite (LIE) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is dedicated to fostering the development of Long Island’s business and philanthropic communities.
Since 2002, we have focused on cultivating the growth and leadership capabilities of Long Island business professionals, while raising awareness and funds for local charities. We strive to make a difference in our own backyard by bettering the community around us.
Long Island Elite exists to provide passionate professionals a platform to forge meaningful relationships to strategically impact local charities with fundraising and service.
Long Island Elite members are a diverse group of professionals recognized as leaders in major business sectors. As a group, we strive to make a positive impact on our local business and philanthropic communities.
Long Island Elite has had a long tradition of giving back to Long Island’s local charities. The organization’s annual gala, held at the famed Oheka Castle from 2004–2024, is a prominent Long Island event dedicated to raising awareness and fundraising efforts for dozens of charitable organizations across Long Island.

The Long Island Elite is proud to announce Eden II Programs as its 2024 Charity Partner of the Year. Eden II Programs supports people with autism throughout their lives to achieve their full potential and offers programming in both Nassau and Suffolk counties.
